FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q. HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY PURCHASES?
A. We accept cash, personal checks, money orders, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express
and financial aid vouchers. Proper identification will be required for all purchases except cash.

IT IS THE POLICY OF THE SCHOOL THAT ALL MONIES OWED TO THE SCHOOL
ARE PAID BEFORE A STUDENT GRADUATES.

Q. HOW MUCH WILL MY BOOKS COST?
A. This depends on what courses you are taking and whether you buy new or used textbooks.
Most full time students can expect to spend an average of $450 on textbooks and supplies each semester.

Q. WHAT ARE USED TEXTBOOKS?
A. Used textbooks are just as the name implies. Whenever possible the bookstore sells used textbooks.
You can save 25% when you buy used books. The only time used books may not be  available would
be in the case of a new edition or a late order  from a professor. 

Q. WHAT IS THE BOOKSTORE REFUND POLICY?
A. ORIGINAL REGISTER RECEIPTS ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES.  

 

ALL RETURNED MERCHANDISE MUST HAVE ALL TICKETS,TAGS.

Textbooks may be returned for a full refund within 7 days of the start  of the fall and spring semester. Refunds are for the current semester only. Students at extened campus sites have 7 days of the start of the semester to notify the bookstore of their intent to return books. After the first week of class students may return textbooks for a full refund with a signed drop slip within 2 days of getting the drop slip. At the end of the third week of class returns with a drop slip end. Any books bought after the second week of class cannot be returned. New books must be in the original condition and packaging.

Opened CD's and other media components cannot be returned for full credit.

Textbook packages marked "NOT RETURNABLE IF OPENED" are not returnable if opened. 

  Defective textbooks must be exchanged  within the first 2 weeks of class. 

Clothing and general merchandise items may be returned or exhanged  within 30 days of the original sale.

 Computer items are non-returnable once opened unless defective.

Food, beverage, health items and cosmetics are non-returnable
